Life can be so heavy and it’s easy to feel emotionally overwhelmed. We want to be a
supportive community in the ups and downs. Please join our expressive arts workshop
sessions, an active approach to mental wellness combining art-making and creative processing
with psychological theory and human experience.

Time frame: High School (entering 9-12th grades) June 20-22 10:30-12pm

Middle School (entering 6-8th grades) June 13-15 1:30-3pm

Age range: Middle and High School youth

Cost: Self pay $120 for 3 sessions to cover materials.  You may attend one or all of the groups.  Registration is required so we are prepared for supplies.

*  Group is not billable to insurances.
