Casie Fisher, MAMFT

Casie Fisher, MAMFT

Therapist

Casie has a Masters Degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy and works with individuals and couples to restore personal, emotional, and relational well-being. A specific problem or crisis may have driven you to seek therapy but you may find that “symptom reduction” is only part of the journey we will take toward wholeness. Casie has specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Individuals find EFT helpful in constructing a clear and meaningful narrative about themselves and their key relationships while couples learn to break negative patterns of interaction, develop strong bonds, and increase intimacy and connection.  EFT is a collaborative attachment-based approach that empowers families to learn to break negative patterns of interaction, develop strong bonds, and increase connection.

Casie also enjoys working with children ages 2-18 and the parents who love them. When working with children Casie uses play as a primary intervention to promote resilience, emotional regulation and to address difficult behaviors. Combining her professional training with life experience, Casie provides children and families with attachment-focused, trauma-sensitive, and adoption informed care.  She integrates Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI) into therapy sessions and gives parents the tools to incorporate TBRI in the home.

Casie offers Christian faith-based counseling upon request and is accepting Self-Pay Clients at this time.  Casie’s general availability is on Friday mornings and has limited Saturday openings.   To set up an appointment with Casie email us at MOHInfo@counselingmail.com or use the contact form.
