About Me

My passion for therapy aims to walk alongside clients toward a value-driven life. The art of therapy includes the authenticity of the therapeutic relationship that ensures empathic understanding, intentionality, and unconditional positive regard. In building this rapport, I believe clients can receive the warranted support that allows them to open themselves up to discovering the path for their lives; autonomy, reclaiming life narrative.

The root of my therapy work aligns best with your values and meaning for your life, that can be clouded by the detrimental impacts of trauma, stress/anxiety, depression and loss.

Through a trauma-informed lens, clients can allow themselves to repair unmet needs and enhance the connection between the mind and body. I believe in developing the daily intentionality that focuses on staying grounded and developing skills that allow better management and balance of emotions when they arise. As we talk and grow together in therapy, we can work to broaden perspectives and meaning toward the seasons of life that we go through.

More than just my work

In my spare time, I enjoy being active through activities of running, biking, and being in nature. I also enjoy listening to music, connecting with my loved ones, and finding ways to laugh and enjoy the small things in life. I identify as a faith-based individual and welcome this into the therapy space. I enjoy connecting with people about their interests and passions- I love to learn new things about the world, others, and myself.
