I draw from a whole-person perspective and work to meet your individual needs and goals. My hope is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your experiences, overcome obstacles, and work towards what matters most to you.

Experience:

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. Before entering the counseling field, I spent years as a teacher and Montessori educator and have traveled the world extensively to support expatriate families.

Client Focus:

Individuals, families, children ages 2+

Types of therapy:

CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution-focused, and child-centered, EMDR 

I utilize play therapy approaches which include multisensory integration, child centered, and directive techniques.   

Issues:

Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Grief/Loss/Transition, Child social and emotional development, parenting and family communication, behavioral issues, Third Culture Kids, foster care/adoption, trauma
