“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do”- Brené Brown
Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
What problem do you strive to overcome?
Sometimes life throws things at you that feel unmanageable on your own. Seeking therapy often begins when life feels overwhelming either for yourself or someone you love.
I believe that people grow through relationships with others. This is one of my guiding principles as I connect with clients through curiosity and open-mindedness. While I tend to pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches, I ground my practice in a person-centered, strengths-based approach. My hope is that in working together, I can provide a space for you to be your most authentic self.
Experience
I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have previously worked with clients across the life span in an outpatient mental health setting.

More than just my work
When not at work, you can usually catch me at a bookstore or cafe. I enjoy reading, antiquing, and spending time with my loved ones (especially my cat, Moose).
