   Life is many things and with the vast array of trials, losses, and traumas with which which people may be faced, they deserve to know and believe that they are not alone.

     I utilize a holistic, humanistic, and trauma-informed approach to walk with you as you embark on this journey towards healing and wholeness.  I value diversity and the richness it brings as well as working towards peace personally, relationally, and communally.  

     I am devoted to creating an inviting and safe environment, and I value the privilege of traveling with you as you take this courageous step.  

Experience:

     I am a graduate of Widener University with a Masters in Social Work and their Trauma Certificate Program.

     I have supported traumatized children, adolescents and families through Family-Based therapy in Lancaster and in emergency room settings.  

     I have the distinct privilege to have lived and worked in cross-cultural settings for several years. I have learned from courageous young women who are overcoming immense odds and working towards hope.

     EMDR - Neurofeedback -Utilizing strategies/skills from CBT, DBT, IFS and Systems therapy approach.

Outside of Work 

I deeply enjoy being in nature, sharing a meal with others, playing with my nieces and nephew, and eating more chips and salsa than one should.  "
