“You are imperfect, and you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging”. -Brene Brown

Life can feel overwhelming when stress shows up in our relationships or when we're carrying experiences that feel too heavy to hold alone. I offer a warm, compassionate space where your story is honored and healing can unfold at your pace.

I work with individuals ages 16 and older, with a focus on women and young adults navigating relational stress, attachment wounds, and anxiety.

I also specialize in supporting those experiencing grief related to infertility or reproductive trauma, as well as individuals and families navigating foster care, adoption, and other non-traditional paths to building a family.

My approach integrates attachment-based, humanistic, and EMDR therapy, along with elements of IFS, ACT, and CBT. I consider the impact of relationships, environments, and larger systems in shaping your experience, and I am committed to creating a space that honors the dignity and worth of every person. Together, we work toward greater clarity, connection, and confidence.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of experience supporting children, families, college students, and survivors of domestic violence. Faith-based counseling is available upon request and guided by your beliefs and values.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, biking, and eating good food with others.
