Life can be incredibly challenging, and it is daunting to take the first step towards seeking support. I am here to honor your lived experiences and walk alongside of you towards healing and hope. I incorporate a strengths-based, holistic, and trauma-informed approach. I strive to create a warm and authentic space where you can show up as your full self. We will work together to help you move towards positive change with confidence.

 Experience: I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing in the mental health field for the past six years. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Millersville University. My experience has included working with traumatized children and families, college students, and survivors of domestic violence. For the past 2+ years as an outpatient therapist, I’ve deeply enjoyed supporting teens, young adults, and adults with a variety of issues. Throughout this time, my deepest passion has been empowering women to be their authentic selves.

 Client Focus: Teens 15+, young adults, adults Types of therapy: I primarily operate out of an attachment-focused, humanistic lens. I utilize EMDR, as well as techniques from CBT, IFS, and ACT. I can provide faith-based counseling upon request.
