“You are imperfect, and you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging”. -Brene Brown
Life can feel overwhelming when stress shows up in our closest relationships or when we're carrying experiences that feel too heavy to hold alone. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I offer a warm, compassionate space where your story is honored and healing can unfold at your pace.
I work with individuals ages 16 and older, with a special focus on women and young adults navigating relational stress, attachment wounds, anxiety, and grief connected to infertility. I also have a particular passion for supporting those involved in foster care, adoption, or other non‑traditional paths to building a family.
Experience:I am a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes supporting children and families, college students, and survivors of domestic violence. I also offer faith‑based counseling upon request, integrating your beliefs and values in a way that feels respectful and supportive.
Client Focus: older teens (16+), young adults, adults. My approach integrates attachment-based and humanistic principles with EMDR therapy, along with elements of IFS, ACT, and CBT.
