Many contributing factors shape the way we view ourselves and the world around us. These factors can include our thoughts, inner dialogue, belief system, and the state of our nervous system.  This can be overwhelming to figure out where you start.   

I utilize a cognitive behavioral and neurological approach throughout our process. I found this best accommodates my client's needs and interests.  I also strive to help clients understand the relationship between their brain, nervous system, and mental health.

I create an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their difficulties and challenges. I have a passion for integrating neurology with psychology.

Experience

     Millersville University - Masters of Clinical Psychology and am actively pursuing my License in Professional Counseling.  I previously practiced in the Washington D.C. area offering counseling services to schools,private practices, and a neuropsychology clinic. I also worked for four years at a Brain and Spine Rehab Center doing EEG Neurofeedback.  I am a BCIA Accredited Didactic Training and  have training in neuroanatomy
