"We can choose courage or comfort, but we can't have both.  Not at the same time."           Brene Brown

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected?

I help clients move from chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm into a more grounded, regulated sense of calm and clarity.

My work is rooted in the understanding that many emotional struggles aren’t just psychological. They’re deeply connected to the state of the nervous system. When your system is stuck in survival mode, even everyday life can feel heavy, reactive, or hard to manage. Healing begins by restoring a felt sense of safety in the body.

A neuroscience-informed approach to healing

Trauma & Nervous System Regulation (Polyvagal-informed)

We work with your nervous system’s natural responses to stress and trauma, helping you gently shift out of survival states (fight, flight, freeze) and into greater regulation, safety, and ease.

Mind–Brain–Relationship Integration (Interpersonal Neurobiology)

Your brain is shaped by experience and relationships. In a supportive therapeutic space, we explore old emotional patterns and begin rewriting internal narratives that no longer serve you.

Brain-Based Training (Neurofeedback & HRV Biofeedback)

Using evidence-based tools like neurofeedback and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) training, we support your brain and body in building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening your ability to recover from stress. HRV training helps increase “cardiac coherence,” supporting a calmer and more adaptable nervous system.
