Licensed Associated Professional Counselor
What problem do you strive to overcome?
Problem: Many individuals experience periods of emotional distress that can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating. Symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions can interfere with daily functioning and make it difficult to feel grounded, hopeful, or understood.
Solution: I work from a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral framework to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through collaboration and evidence-based strategies, I support clients in developing insight, coping skills, and practical tools to manage stressors and work toward meaningful goals. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their own growth process.
Result: Clients gain increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, and a greater sense of confidence in navigating life's challenges. Therapy becomes a supportive and structured space where clients can feel validated, build resilience, and make positive, sustainable changes.
