Counselor Intern

Opening up about your deepest emotions and experiences can feel heavy, overwhelming, and even scary, but carrying it all alone can feel even harder. I aim to create a warm, safe space where you can share some of that weight without the fear of judgment. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, whether it's your first time or simply a new chapter in your life, but every person has a story worth telling and reclaiming.

As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you as you explore the chapters that have shaped you, uncover the strengths within your narrative, and create new paths forward. Using a blend of narrative, emotion-focused, and acceptance-based approaches, I help clients connect with their emotions, make sense of their stories, and move toward the life they want to live.

Education & Experience

I am a second-year, Master's-level student studying Counseling Psychology at Elizabethtown College, (Etown). This is my fifth year at Etown, and during that time, I have served as a peer mentor for first-year students and as an RA, supporting students' growth and well-being. I have also worked with children in various settings, gaining insight into their unique needs and strengthening my ability to create safe, supportive spaces for clients of all ages.

More Than Just My Work

Instead of my morning coffee, I drink Diet Coke every day (or will happily go for a chai)! I love to cook for my loved ones, go for walks, do my own nails, read, and listen to podcasts in my free time.
