Feeling torn between seeking help and holding onto what feels familiar? Beginning therapy can feel risky, and for many people it brings up overwhelming thoughts like What will people think? What if it doesn't work? Is there any hope? These concerns are understandable, especially when you've been carrying challenges on your own for a long time.
With a faith-based, trauma-informed approach, I believe people are not defined by what has happened to them, but by their capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued-a space where healing feels possible and growth feels attainable.
Using a variety of therapeutic approaches, guided by a strengths-based and attachment-focused lens, I view therapy as a collaborative process where your story is honored with care and curiosity. Together, we work to build greater self-understanding, emotional security, and meaningful connection-both with yourself and with others.
In our work together, we will explore your unique experiences, develop effective coping skills, and gently address patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. No matter the challenges you face, positive change is possible. I am honored to support you on this brave journey of growth and healing.
Experience
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University, with an additional focus in Leadership in Executive and Administrative Development. Through experience in both micro- and macro-level practice, I developed a comprehensive, whole-person perspective that allows me to consider both individual experiences and the broader systems that influence them.
With several years of experience in nonprofit and ministry settings, I am deeply attuned to the uniqueness of each person's story. I currently hold a Clinical Social Work License and am certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). Previously, I worked in both outpatient and residential drug and alcohol treatment facilities, where I gained extensive experience supporting individuals through recovery and long-term healing.

More to me than just my work
I am a lifelong piano player and behind these keys, I am transported into a fairytale where tranquility washes over me. This is where I am most at peace, with myself and my world. I also love baking, hiking, and reading historical fiction.
