"A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles." - Christopher Reeve

In a busy world with many ways to connect, we can often feel lonely, disconnected or anxious. If you are feeling these, or any other uncomfortable feelings, there is always someone to listen. I love to walk alongside people through life’s obstacles and challenges. I truly believe with the right investment in yourself, there is always hope. I look forward to helping you determine areas of your life where you feel uneasy and work with you to find ways to get your footing again. By getting to know you through conversations, just as you are, I would love to help you set boundaries, communicate your feelings, and take control of your thought patterns in a way that makes you feel empowered and in control of your circumstances.
