Lydia Reissig
Counselor Intern
Whether you are anxious, confused, stressed, or overwhelmed by something going on in your life, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share what is on your heart and mind. I love utilizing creative and artistic approaches in therapy as they can be a way to help process challenging emotions and help untangle confusing situations. I strive to be a listener ear as we work together towards your goals.
Education & Experience
I am a Master’s level student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lancaster Bible College. I have worked at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital where I ran groups and supported patients. Additionally, I have interned at Mental Health America where I worked with people in the community educating them on mental health and getting them connected to resources here in Lancaster County. I currently serve as a Resident Assistant at LBC where I mentor college-aged students.
